Short version: Fraze Marketing Agency collects the minimum needed to answer your message and run the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we never add you to an email list without your explicit confirmation. The longer version is below.

What we collect, and why
#

Site analytics. When you visit, our analytics record things like your IP address, the search term or link that brought you, the pages you view and the path through them, and when you arrive and leave. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages people want. Our analytics are cookieless, so there is no cookie-consent banner because there are no tracking cookies. The tools in use are Cloudflare Web Analytics on the site, plus Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report on how the site appears in search and set nothing in your browser at all. If the site ever adds advertising or any cookie-setting tool, this paragraph and the cookie policy must change in the same edit.

Contact and quote form. If you use the contact page, we collect the name, email, phone, and message you send, plus the IP address of the submission (for spam protection). It is stored in a database we control and emailed to us so we can reply. A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs to block bots; it is privacy-respecting and sets no third-party tracking cookies.

Email updates. If you choose to sign up for email updates, we collect your email address and, as a record of your consent, the IP address and time of your signup and confirmation. Signup is double opt-in: you are not added until you click a confirmation link, so nobody can sign you up without access to your inbox. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not track whether you open an email or which links you click in it. Unsubscribing ends it entirely (see docs/ops-newsletter-warmup.md section 4).

Who processes it
#

To run the site we rely on a few service providers who handle this data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare - the form and database service (Workers and D1) that stores contact and subscriber records, plus DNS, content delivery, and the Turnstile bot check.
  • Amazon SES (AWS) - delivers the contact notifications and the email updates.
  • Netlify - hosts the website itself.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Your choices
#

  • Unsubscribe anytime using the one-click link in any email; you are removed right away.
  • Ask us to delete your information - your contact message or your subscriber record - by writing to us through the contact page. We will remove it.
  • We keep only what we need and destroy data we have no immediate use for.
  • We keep contact messages and subscriber records for 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time and we will.

Cookies
#

No advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small preference locally on your device (for example, light or dark appearance); it stays on your device and is not used to track you across the web.

Who controls your data, and how to reach us
#

The data controller is James Fraze LLC dba Fraze Marketing, the registered entity behind this site.

Questions about privacy, or a request to see or delete your data: use the contact page. Our mailing address is 2042 Quail Run Rd, Wylie, TX 75098. Under CAN-SPAM this must be a real physical postal address that reaches the business - a PO box or virtual mailbox is valid, a home address is a bad idea (see docs/ops-newsletter-warmup.md section 4).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
