Chris Vasquez runs Chris V Design in McKinney: logos and brand identity, illustration, social media graphics, print and packaging for businesses. His site lived on GoHighLevel’s page builder, and that builder was due to stop serving it on October 22nd, 2026. So this one had a deadline.
He liked how his site looked, and as a designer he had every right to. The job was to keep that look, section by section, while fixing a few things the builder had been getting wrong underneath it, the parts search engines read and visitors never see.

What we built and changed#
- Archived first. Every page was saved, with screenshots, before the old builder could disappear.
- His design, rebuilt. Each section rebuilt to match, his logo in the header, his yellow on black favicon, and his hero video served from Cloudflare. On a phone, logo, phone number and menu sit on one row.
- Every old link kept working. Permanent redirects for every old address that moved.
- Search basics. A real title and description on every page, a sitemap, canonical tags, ProfessionalService and FAQ structured data, an llms.txt file, and Search Console’s breadcrumb warning fixed.
- Booking. His Calendly opens straight onto his consultation meeting, checked at six screen widths, and his privacy policy names it.
- Forms checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through our own form service.
- Security headers: Content Security Policy that only allows Calendly frames, HSTS, nosniff, referrer and permissions policies, frame protection.
How it works#
Plain HTML from Hugo on Cloudflare. The new build was reviewed on a private preview first and promoted to the live site once approved.
Results#
- PageSpeed: 100 on mobile, 100 on desktop, measured 2026-11-05.
- Moved before the shutoff, with every old link still working.
- Search Console and Cloudflare traffic figures: details coming soon.
What is next#
- His Google Business Profile, set up and matched to the site.
- Service pages for the work he most wants, starting with logos and brand identity.
