Elisa Dees is a real estate agent with BK Real Estate in Wylie, working with buyers, sellers and investors across Collin County. Her site was built on GoHighLevel, and like a lot of page builder sites it had collected some leftovers over time: pages from the original template, thin archive pages, and search details that were never filled in.
None of that is fatal on its own. Together it tells Google the site is not looked after, and it can tell a buyer the same thing. We moved her to a clean static site, fixed what needed fixing, and kept every old link working on the way.

How the research was done#
- Census data for her towns: median household income and the share of owner-occupied homes for 10 towns, from American Community Survey five-year estimates.
- Her Business Profile read as the source of truth for her name, hours and service area.
What we built and changed#
- Builder leftovers retired, with the pages that mattered kept.
- 21 redirects covering every old address, including her old booking link, which now goes straight to her Calendly.
- Her pages, cleaned up: Buy, Sell, Invest and About as clear cards, her three market update articles kept, her own social profiles linked.
- Her brand, dark first with a light mode switch, her fonts hosted on the site rather than fetched from Google.
- Search basics: a sitemap, a description on every page, RealEstateAgent structured data with her four towns and three counties, an llms.txt file, and Search Console’s breadcrumb warning fixed.
- Email done properly: the newsletter’s mailing address is her brokerage office, as the law on commercial email requires.
- Security headers: Content Security Policy, HSTS, nosniff, referrer and permissions policies, frame protection.
Results#
- PageSpeed: 96 on mobile, 99 on desktop, measured 2026-11-05.
- Old links kept working: all of them, through 21 redirects.
- Search Console and Cloudflare traffic figures: details coming soon.
What is next#
- Finish the contact form and newsletter delivery test.
- Her Business Profile, directory listings and a review routine.
- The buyer checklist her market update promises, written and published.
