Snap Cleaning Services: New House Cleaning Website Case Study

Table of Contents

Snap Cleaning Services is Nicole, cleaning houses and Airbnb rentals in Wylie and the towns within about thirty minutes of it. She had a domain and nothing on it but a single page of cleaning tips with no name, phone or address. Her customers are households who want a quote without a phone call, so the job was simple to describe: a real site that says what she does, where she goes, and lets someone ask for a quote in under a minute.

Everything on the site came from her own answers to our intake questions, in her own voice, speaking as “I” because she is the business. Nothing about the business was filled in from a template.

Where it started
#

  • A placeholder page on the domain: useful cleaning tips, but no name, phone, address or way to ask for a quote.
  • No Google Business Profile and no reviews yet.

How the research was done
#

  • The owner’s answers first. Trade, base city, services and the towns she actually drives to, confirmed by her before any page was written.
  • Locations checked against Google. Every town was matched to Google’s own location codes, which caught that “McKinney” is ambiguous between two Texas counties.
  • Keyword research is next, run against those exact locations so the city pages target what people in each town type.

What we built and changed
#

  • Service pages: house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and Airbnb turnovers.
  • City pages: Allen, Garland, McKinney, Plano and Rockwall.
  • A quote form that works without JavaScript, checked by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and delivered through our own form service. Her phone and email stay off the site, by her choice.
  • Structured data: LocalBusiness, Organization and WebSite markup, plus an llms.txt file for AI answer engines.
  • Security headers: a strict Content Security Policy with no inline script allowance, HSTS, nosniff, referrer and permissions policies, frame and cross-origin protection.
  • Accessibility statement, reviewed 2026-11-04, and a light and dark mode in her brand colors.

How it works
#

Hugo builds every page as plain HTML and Cloudflare serves it. There is no WordPress to patch and no plugin to expire, and no tracking script on the site.

Results
#

The site went live in November 2026, so it is too early for traffic numbers.

  • PageSpeed: 100 on mobile, 100 on desktop, measured 2026-11-05.
  • Search Console and Cloudflare traffic figures: details coming soon.

What is next
#

  • Set up and verify her Google Business Profile, then start asking customers for reviews.
  • Keyword research for each town, then decide which city pages earn more depth.
  • Directory listings with the same name, area and contact details everywhere.
