Some of your customers no longer type into a search box and scroll. They ask ChatGPT, or the AI summary that now sits on top of Google, and they call whoever the answer names. You cannot buy a place in those answers, and anyone who guarantees you one is guessing at best.
Here is what you can do. The assistants build their answers from what they can read: your Business Profile, the directories that list you, the structured data on your site, and pages that answer questions in plain text. When those sources agree with each other, you are easy to name. When they disagree, you are easy to skip. So most of this work is making the facts about your business consistent and machine-readable everywhere they appear, which has the pleasant side effect of being exactly what ordinary search wants too.
What this service covers#
First an audit you can check yourself: we ask the assistants about your business and your trade in your area, and write down what they actually say, including the wrong parts. Then the fixes, in order of what moved the answer: the profile and citations saying one consistent thing, the schema on your site stating your services, hours, and area in the format machines read, and pages that answer the questions people actually ask, written as text rather than locked inside images or scripts.
What happens when we start#
The first call is a screen share. We run the questions together, so the baseline is something you watched happen rather than a report you have to take on faith. Then you get the written list of what we found and what we propose to change, before anything changes.
How pricing works#
The same monthly arrangement as the rest of our work, and often this is not a separate engagement at all: if we are already doing your local search work, much of this is the same work under a newer name. The figure comes in writing after the first call.
“Can you guarantee we show up in ChatGPT?”#
No. Nobody can, and the assistants change how they answer without telling anyone. What we can do is re-run the same questions every month and show you the answers moving, which is a thing you can verify yourself in an afternoon. Everything we do is backed up by provable metrics, and this service is no exception: the metric is what the machines say about you, on the record, month over month.
