The most useful thing about email is that nobody stands between you and the people on your list. Google decides what it shows and the social feeds decide who sees a post, but a message to your list arrives because someone asked to hear from you. That is worth protecting, so before anything is built we put in writing whose name is on the account the list lives in, with one aim: if we ever part ways, the list goes with you.
What we build on top of that is deliberately unexciting. A newsletter worth opening, sent on a schedule you can actually keep, and the follow-up messages that go out when someone fills in your form. Repeated, measured, adjusted. That is most of what email marketing is.
What this service covers#
The plumbing first: the sender records that tell a receiving mail server your messages really come from you, because without them even a good email lands in spam. Then the signup form, the welcome message, the follow-up sequence for new enquiries, and the regular newsletter, written in your voice and checked with you before anything goes out.
Every message carries a working unsubscribe link and your real mailing address, because the law requires both and because a reader who wants out is not a customer you keep by hiding the door.
What it never covers: bought lists. We do not send to people who did not ask.
What happens when we start#
We start by reading, not sending. Whatever you already have gets looked at first: an old list in a spreadsheet, a newsletter that trailed off, the addresses sitting in your invoicing tool. Then we agree what goes out, how often, and who writes the first draft, and we put the schedule in writing before the first message leaves.
How pricing works#
Part of the same monthly arrangement as everything else here. No per-send fee and no charge per subscriber tier, because both punish you for the list doing well. The figure depends on scope and you get it in writing after the first call.
“We don’t have a list”#
You have more of one than you think. Every customer you have done work for, everyone who has asked you for a quote, is a person with a reason to hear from you. We start there, ask them plainly, and grow it from the website. A short list of real customers who open what you send is worth more than a long one that was never yours.
