A lead is not a thing you buy. It is what falls out when three ordinary things work at the same time: a business that can be found by someone who needs it, a page that makes calling or writing easy, and a follow-up that happens while the person still cares. Most businesses we look at have one of the three. The work is standing up the other two and wiring them together.

The automation half is the unglamorous part: the text that goes back when a call is missed, the email that answers a form within the minute, the reminder that a quote went out nine days ago and nobody replied. None of it is clever. All of it is the difference between an enquiry and a job.

What this service covers
#

The whole path, read end to end: where your enquiries come from today, which pages and listings produce them, what happens in the first hour after one arrives, and where they leak. Then the fixes, which usually draw on the rest of what we do: the local search work that makes you findable, the pages that convert, and the follow-up sequences that run without anyone remembering to run them. What it does not include is buying you a list of names some platform sells to you and to your competitors in the same week.

What happens when we start
#

We trace one real enquiry through your business, from the search that started it to whatever happened in the end, and write down every step and every gap. That single trace usually says more than any audit deck. The plan you get is the gaps, in order of what they cost you, with the fix and the figure in writing before anything starts.

How pricing works
#

The same monthly arrangement as everything else here. No charge per lead, deliberately: pay-per-lead rewards whoever counts the leads for counting generously, and we would rather be paid for the system working than for the meter spinning.

“How many leads will we get?”
#

We are not going to give you a number, because a number here would be invented, and an invented number does not become true by being written in a proposal. What you get instead is the counting set up honestly from day one, so both of us can see what arrived, where it came from, and what it turned into. You judge the work on what actually happened, which is a standard we can live with.
