Ask for a review on every job, through the same channel every time. That is the whole method, and we say it for free because knowing it is not the hard part. The hard part is that it has to happen on the day the work finished, every time, including the busy weeks, and busy weeks are exactly when nobody remembers to ask. So most businesses ask in bursts: a flurry of requests when work is slow, then months of silence. The reviews arrive in the same lumps, and a profile that gained nine reviews in one week and none since March reads oddly to customers and to Google alike.

A review campaign is the ask made automatic, so the steadiness stops depending on anyone’s memory.

What this service covers
#

The ask itself, worded by you and sent from your number or your inbox, going out when a job closes rather than when someone remembers. The link that takes the customer straight to the review box instead of to a page where they give up. Replies to the reviews that arrive, drafted for you or handled for you, including the awkward ones. And the record of asks, reviews, and replies, so the thing is measured like everything else we do.

What happens when we start
#

We read your profile and your last year of reviews first, then agree the wording and the moment in your workflow the ask should fire from. If you are already on a system that can send it, we wire it there rather than adding another tool.

How pricing works
#

The same monthly arrangement as the rest of our work. This is one of the pieces that almost never stands alone: it is usually wired into the same system that handles your follow-up and your missed calls, and priced as part of that scope, in writing, after the first call.

“Can you make a bad review disappear?”
#

No, and be careful with anyone who says yes. We do not buy reviews, we do not post fake ones, and we do not do reputation burial; that work finds a different provider or does not get done. What we do with a bad review is answer it: once, calmly, with whatever the honest version of events is. Future customers read the answer as closely as the complaint, and a plain reply next to an angry review often does more good than the review did harm.
